Since 2025

Meet the myricks
Our story
Founded in 2025, Myrick Station is a small, family-run woodworking studio based in Portland, Oregon. While our workshop now lives in the heart of the Pacific Northwest’s creative hub, our roots come both from the unincorporated town of Myrick that shares our family name and growing up in Delaware and Connecticut, surrounded by expertly crafted Amish woodwork. That rural spirit, practical, hands-on, and deeply connected to craft, continues to shape everything we do. All wood products are sustainably and locally sourced and made in the USA.
At Myrick Station, we design and build a unique range of handcrafted pieces:
– Children’s furniture
– Custom Signs in Wood, Plastic, LED, LED Neon
– Custom studio furniture
– Custom acoustical panels
We use solid wood and non-toxic finishes for wood products (wood, HDPE, aluminum for signage) and a careful mix of hand tools and CNC technology to create items that are both beautiful and built to last. Every piece is made with intention, from a whimsical chair in a child’s playroom to a bold, illuminated sign above a small business.
Our work is about more than just materials; it’s about story, identity, and space. Whether you’re decorating a nursery, setting the tone in a recording studio, or elevating your brand, we’re honored to create something special just for you.
Thank you for supporting handmade work and following along on our journey!
OUR PHILOSOPHY
At Myrick Station, we believe that great products begin with purpose and end with people. Founded in 2025, our Portland-based workshop honors the balance between tradition and innovation.
Our approach is simple:
The right piece, in the right space, at the right moment.
We focus not just on what we make, but why and for whom we make it. Whether it’s a hand-finished animal chair for a growing family or a bold LED sign that brings a brand to life, each project is designed to meet real needs with lasting value.
We are a service-first, craft-driven business. That means listening closely, building with integrity, and delivering work that adds more than beauty—it adds meaning. Every item is made in the USA with sustainably and locally sourced materials, using solid wood, non-toxic finishes, and a thoughtful combination of hand tools and CNC technology.
To us, craftsmanship is more than skill—it’s stewardship of story, identity, and space. We’re honored to help our customers create something that feels true to who they are and where they’re headed.
